Digital Marketing Manager

Work with SEO, Design, Programming, Online Campaign Manager, Sales and Administration Departments to discuss topics such as budgets and contracts, marketing plans, and the selection of advertising media; Plan promotional campaigns and Digital marketing campaigns; Conduct market research studies and analyze findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses; Develop pricing strategies for target audiences; Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
Lead Web Developer
Start Date ASAP
Meet with management to discuss the needs and design of websites and what information the site will need; Work with graphics and other designers to determine the website’s layout, graphics, audio and video; Monitor website traffic; Create and test applications; and write code using HTML or XML programming languages. All training will be provided inline with Little Big’s proven digital marketing approach. This will ensure we consistently provide the highest return on investment and satisfaction to every customer we work with. Train, coach & manage junior Web Developers on the team.
$19 per hour – Average of 24 hours per week

Skilled Bookkeeper who will maintain financial records for the business, including start up software set up, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The bookkeeper will work closely with the owner to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices. The bookkeepers responsibility is to accurately record all financial transactions for the company.

After successfully marketing several top level business in Australia, Elle has strategized a U.S. business while incorporating every aspect of digital marketing, including branding, website design, Search Engine Optimization, Social media and Google advertising along with keeping up with the always changing scope of online marketing.
